Day ten, The Journey is Just Begining

Hello readers, now that we’re caught up with “the schedule”I think we can really focus more on this journey we’re embarking on with these readings, speaking of which, here’s another card from my trusty hermetic tarot:SAMSUNG The five of swords, Lord of defeat. Have you been feeling defeated lately? Have you wanted to give up the fight? Do you feel that it may no longer be worth fighting against the current of crap seemingly flowing your way? You’re not alone. there are many people in these hard times feeling this way, and it’s alarming! Fortunately, that doesn’t mean you don’t have a choice, but rather that you’re human. If you cant take the pressure, and you need a rest, take a day off, just give yourself that time to catch your breath, mope around, veg out, and then get up the next morning, grab your incense, herbs, cup of coffee or tea, and take the day! you are only truly defeated when you stop fighting. One of the reasons the catholic conquest was so absolute was because the church realized this, and before them the roman empire did as well, and hence they always did everything in their power to assimilate the opposing or conquered culture into their own, effectively destroying enemies by either enslaving them or turning them into friends. This is precisely what we want to avoid here, to keep our individuality, our right to happiness, and it is up to you to move forward and make your dreams happen, no matter the obstacles in your path, and with this, my dear readers, I open the floor to comments and opinions; I’d like to hear what you have to say on the subject or perhaps what you think of this project?  Until next time readers, Blessed Be!

Day 9, Another Double-Post to make up for lost time part 2

Hello again readers, here is the second part of that double post I promised, and with it we should be back on Schedule, and for part two of tonight’s message we have a card from the Imperial Dragon Oracle and that card is: Image #9, Solitaire, and in continuing with the previous message, it advises us to step back from the current situation, in order to get some perspective as to why something that may appear unfortunate, is really opening the path for something better. That is the lesson of the hermit, and the solitary dragon, He stays detached from the world, so that he may get a better perspective on it, giving him the time to gather the wisdom necessary to do do good in it when he should return, giving life to the phrase, “part of the world, but not of it”, likewise, we are called upon to be part of our world, our situation, for we must always take action, but not of  the situation, in order to take control of it, instead of it being in control of us.
